Operation True Promise 4 refers to a major Iranian
military operation launched on February 28, 2026.
It was initiated by the
Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a direct response to coordinated
U.S. and Israeli airstrikes on Iranian territory, which the U.S. codenamed
Operation Epic Fury and Israel named Operation Roaring Lion.
