Short title, extent and commencement.-

(1) This Act shall becalled the Hajj and Umrah (Regulation) Act, 2023

(2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

"company" means a company as incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) and registered under this Act for the purpose of rendering services to pilgrims for the performance of Hajj or Umrah;
