The Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 (CAA) was passed by the Parliament of India on 11 December 2019
It amended the Citizenship Act, of 1955 by providing an accelerated pathway to Indian citizenship for persecuted religious minorities who arrived in India before the end of December 2014:
Afghanistan,
Bangladesh
and Pakistan who are :
Hindus,
Sikhs,
Buddhists,
Jains,
Parsis
, or Christians
The law does not grant such eligibility to Muslims from these countries
In Islam, KHUMS خمس refers to the required religious obligation of any Muslim to pay one-fifth of their acquired wealth from certain sources toward specified causes.
Khums is different and separate from other Islamic taxes such as zakat and jizya.
Out of 565 princely states during 1947, 13 princely states decidedto join Pakistan. These 13 princely states are:
Bahawalpur: On 3 October 1947, the Nawab of Bahawalpur, Sadeq Mohammad Khan V, acceded his state to Pakistan, becoming the first ruler to do so successfully.
Khairpur:The state of Khairpur acceded to Pakistan on 3 October 1947.

Chitral:The Mehtar of Chitral, Muzaffar-ul-Mulk, stated his intention to accede to Pakistan on 15 August 1947.
