The Government of Pakistan’s policy of engaging the Private Sector covers various areas, including management, logistics,s and welfare services to Hujjaj.

As a matter of policy, MoRA&IH has proactively encouraged the private sector for Hajj Management since 2005.

MoRA&IH, in the short term plan, shall sign a Service Provider Agreement (SPA) with a limited number of Munazzamas /DHCs, under a monitoring regime.
