After the death of Hazrat Umar (RA), the copy was kept with Hazrat Hafza bint Umar.

She was the Hazrat Umar (RA )'s daughter and the wife of the Prophet (PBUH)

• After the death of Hazrat Abu Bakr, the copy was transferred to the next caliph, Hazrat Umar (R.A).
• This copy is known as Mushaf-e-Hafza
