FIA Sub-Inspector interview Experience
- انٹرویو میں پوچھے جانے والے سوالات
Explanation
I appeared for my FIA Sub-Inspector interview today. My name was second on the list, but since the first candidate did not appear, I became the first candidate to enter the interview room. I am not sure whether the list was arranged according to merit or some other criterion.
The interview lasted approximately 25–30 minutes, and the panel consisted of three members. One of the panel members appeared to be a psychologist.
Overall, the interview was quite general and mainly focused on the following areas:
- Brief self-introduction
- Questions about academic background
- Basic knowledge about the FIA
- Scenario-based questions to assess judgment and decision-making skills
- Psychological and personality-based questions
My advice to all candidates appearing in the upcoming interviews is to:
- Prepare a strong and concise self-introduction.
- Revise your academic background and basic subject knowledge.
- Study the FIA, its functions, branches, and responsibilities.
- Practice scenario-based questions related to integrity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Be prepared for personality and psychological assessment questions.
- Stay confident and answer honestly.
- Remain calm and composed throughout the interview.
