Explanation
Substitution cases shall be considered by a committee constituted by the Minister in respect of those successful applicants only,
Who cannot proceed for Hajj either due to death, serious illness or any other unavoidable reason, as per the guidelines issued by the Ministry,
Subject to provision of an Affidavit with regard to their blood relation/family member etc. against nominated person for substitution.
In case of affixation of visa for a substitute, visa charges shall be deducted.
