The Punjab government is in the process of setting up education villages for the special children.
In this connection, Punjab Minister for Special Education Chaudhry Muhammad Akhlaq laid the foundation stone of the four walls of Special Children’s Village Sharqpur Sharif on February 10, 2021.

Minister for Railways Azam Khan Swati and Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani inaugurated a tourist safari train which is aimed at promoting the culture and the natural beauty of Potohar Region.
The safari train will operate for three days in a week, namely Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The routes involve the picturesque landscapes of Potohar, consisting of Margallah Hills, Sangjani tunnel and bridges like Chablal Bridge, Haro Bridge, Ghazi Borotha and Attock Khurd bridges. This train will pass through the old iron girder bridge on the Indus between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab provinces.
Chief Minister Usman Buzdar launched Rehmat-ul-Lil Alameen (PBUH) Scholarship Programme and inaugurated its website at a ceremony held at his office here on 22-02-2021.
Under this scholarship programme, 14,891 students of Intermediate and BS (Hons) programmes will be given scholarships worth Rs 41.70 crore and the amount will be expanded to Rs1 billion in the next budget.

Pakistani student Zara Naeem achieved the highest score globally in the exam for Financial Reporting for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants examinations held in December 2020.
A student at the SKANS School of Accounting in Lahore, Zara was among the 527,000 students who undertook the examination from 179 countries.
Anaaya Bilal who started Karate at the age of two- years received the white belt in a competition in Japan by beating her opponent.
She is taking karate training at Keishinkaikan Asaka- dojo since three years. Apart from Karate, Anaaya is also engaged in developing her Yoga and Swimming skills.
