Explanation
We were five candidates, and all of us were asked to enter the interview room together.
Five chairs had already been arranged in front of the Chairman, with two other senior members sitting beside him.
The Chairman asked us to show our original documents and asked about our fathers' professions.
Then, he asked each candidate one or two questions from the same MCQ paper we had already solved—one question from the English portion and one from Computer—to check whether we actually had some basic concepts or had simply marked the answers by guessing.
That was pretty much it.
I think the interview was just a formality. If not, then perhaps the interview and academic marks carry relatively little weight in the final selection, while the written test score may be the main factor.
