After the death of her sister Ruqayya left Uthman a widower, he married Umm Kulthum
Umm Kulthum died in 630 (8 AH) at age of 27

It was a pivotal treaty between Muhammad PBUH, representing the state of Medina, and the Qurayshi tribe of Mecca in January 628 (6 AH).
