Under the Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order, 1984, documents can be proved by primary evidence (original) or, in certain circumstances, by secondary evidence (copies, oral accounts, etc.).
Primary evidence is preferred, but when originals are unavailable due to valid reasons, secondary evidence is admissible.

Is relevant and it is conclusive proof for the right of way exists
Under the Qanoon-e-Shahadat, judgments in former cases may be relevant but they do not operate as conclusive proof against parties who were not part of that earlier case.
Since Mr. B was not a party in the earlier suit (between A and C), the decree is relevant but cannot conclusively establish the right of way against him.

This establishes the legal test for admissibility of evidence in court proceedings.
As per Article 2(b) of Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order 1984, "fact" includes anything, state of things, or relation of things capable of being perceived by the senses.
It also includes any mental condition of which a person is conscious.
