Explanation
On 11 Dec 2025, Former chief of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Faiz Hameed was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment by a military court.
He was sentenced on charges including violation of state secrets and interfering in politics.
Note: It is the first time that an ISI chief in Pakistan has been court martialled.
